StitchandPooh'sMom DIS Veteran Joined Feb 27, 2006 Messages 7,154 Mar 28, 2010 #2 being in the shade as much as possible allowing your DD to nap in the room at the hottest part of the day instead of in a stroller in the parks planning air conditioned rides and meals for the hottest part of the day nursing frequently or offering liquids to keep her hydrated (not sure about water at 6 months - ask your doctor) clip on fan for stroller stroller with sunshade instead of a sling or carrier making sure there is plenty of airflow around her in the stroller - don't pack her in too tightly
