sun in Mar

I'm originally from Wisconsin, now in Virginia. Don't normally wear sunscreen until we need it later in the year, but how is it in Florida the beginning of March? Do we need to slather it on to avoid sunburn, or is the sun still low enough to not worry about? I usually wear some kind of SPF cream on my face, but should I do the rest of me and take care of DH & DS as well with regular sunblock?

We've gone twice in March and I put sunscreen on my kids and myself. I didn't want sunburn to ruin a trip and we a fair skinned. You can get sun even on a cloudy day there!!

I think they said the UV index is 5 or 6 today. a little sunscreen woun't hurt.
