~**Sun-faded shirts!! HELP!!!!!!!**~

I have some sun faded shirts that were left outside to long to dry. They were black, and are only faded on the side in a spot about 5-6 inches long, or shorter, no more than two inches wide.
What would you use to cover up the fades/put color back into it/ what products would you use, etc??? My brother bought them and paid for them with his own money, and my mom feels guilty that she left them out there. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

edited to say.... Sorry...forgot to mention that, yes, it has graphics (screenprint) on the tees. Most of them are from concerts.

Are they plain black shirts? You could get some Rit dye and re-dye them if there aren't any other designs on them.

That's what I would try first and...don't put them outside to dry, try the basement this time.

If that doesn't work try tie-dying them using a bleach solution. I don't know if it would work but might be worth a try.

I am sorry, but I don't think you can get a faded mark out. The color is gone from that area. You would have to try and re-dye that section if you can do it without getting the dye near the concert design.

This happened to my son's Yankees hat. He left it in the car on the rear dashboard under the window for about two days, and when we took it out one side of it had faded from navy blue to a greyish color. The sun can be strong here.
