Got their Cy-Fly fares newsletter via e-mail and the airfare I booked not 5 days ago has gone down $40 per person! Of course I booked on the internet. So I call to see if I can get a voucher. Their regular 800 number forwards me to Internet Customer Help. THey guy there tells me to call the regular 800 number and type in this extension - of course on Thursday since they aren't there.

The deal is in SC's "Terms and Conditions" not one mention is made of occasions like this...ie you book at one rate and then it goes lower. My trip isn't until the end of September so the 14 day rule doesn't apply. It seems rather strange. But airfare from MSP to MCO isn't cheap - I originally booked at $211 and now it is $171. I want my vouchers:cool:

Anyone had experience like this before? Beverly Lynn any pointers??

I'm pretty sure they don't give vouchers. Unlike other airlines, they told me that you cancel the itinerary and rebook with the $50 fee. So if it isn't more than $50 it is not worth it. Hope this makes sense.
