We are going to Fl, 3 times this year, April, July and August for our Disney trip (the fun trip!!!). In July
we are going on a 2 week trip and driving. We have driven before around 7 years ago and it was OK. We live in Northern NJ and plan on being in the car by 3am. We did this before and it worked great. I will get
around 5 hours sleep and will be fine to drive. The last time we did this, we got thru DC with no problems.
My question is, does anyone know if the NJ Turnpike will have construction going on? We went to DC a few months ago, traveling during the day and sat in a lot of traffic. We are going to stop at Fayetteville, NC and then the next night stay at Savannh and do a little sight seeing. Will do a week of Orlando (SeaWorld, acquatica and discovery cove) then stay a night or two in Daytona to see the raceway. Daytona to Rocky Mt and then to Baltimore. Then stay a few nights in the inner harbor in Baltimore to see the acquarium. Any recommendations?
