Summer Program?

Well I'm a sophmore and I really want to participate in the college program. The only problem is that I can't take time off from school to go to FL (this coming semester I'm taking 20 credits and then my junior and senior year are filled with clinicals for nursing). I read on the college program website that they are considering offering a summer program for alumni but not for first timers.

Have they ever offered a summer program for first time participants?

They used to offer the summer program for first-time CPs, then they stopped. They did it once again summer of 2006, but then stopped again last summer (alumni only). As of now it is just alumni only for the summer unfortunately.
