Summer job question

My ds (college freshman) is going to be in Orlando this summer & is interested in working at WDW as a seasonal (summer) job. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions? How can he apply for a summer job? We've only found information on the CP. Thanks in advance.

I became seasonal after my CP. For a seasonal cast member, you have to work atleast 150 hours a year. Every quarter you have to submit your availability. If you're able to keep up with your hours and remember to submit your availability, it should be no problem. I'm seasonal because I'm still going to school in New Jersey, and I go down to work during my breaks.

They typically hire for summer openings in April/May so training is complete prior to the busy summer season.
