DS came home from his last day of school yesterday with his homework calendar. They get this each summer and have to do 1 thing a day, whether its to write their name, do a couple math problems, answer trivia questions, take a nature walk, etc..

Well, I was flipping through it and decided to check out what had to be done the week we are going to WDW. I almost exploded with excitement when I read...

8/25-Name 4 of the 7 Dwarfs
8/26-Who is the boy who never grew up...and name 2 of his friends
8/29-Who has a boyfriend named Mickey?

So should we hunt down these characters and get them to sign the homework on that day? I figure if the teacher doesnt "get" Disney she will think he just tried getting out of having to write it. But if she does "get it" she will think its a great idea. ;)

Go for it!!! Have his picture taken with each character as he completes each assignmemt also!!

She probably "gets" Disney or she probably wouldn't have asked the questions.

Cute idea to get the characters to sign it. Can you put the the questions one per page, like part of an autograph book?

Ohhh, I like the picture idea.
Ill probably attach the autographs or make a copy of that weeks answer sheet. I wouldnt want to start off on the wrong foot by losing the entire summers worth of homework in WDW, LOL! It is a city wide assignment, so the teacher herself didnt ask the questions, thats why im not sure. However, DS's friend who is coming with us is also in his class, so if they both do it, I would hope she thinks its cute.
Dont they know not to get me going with Disney??? I tend to get a little carried away. ;)

ooooooh Katie, I have a question for you, and tried to send you a PM, but *ahem* someone's PM box is full.

Sweepy sweepy time please and thank you. Can you PM when you are cleaned up, and I will resend?

Thanks

Debbie

Ahh, I see - all kids of the same grade have the same questions regardless of teacher. Maybe you'll get lucky and get the author of those questions. :) It would make chosing Christmas presents easier, too! :p

That is just way cool!! The magic of Disney.

Would it ever! I hate shopping but shopping for Disney stuff is so easy. Also I know the teacher wouldnt give us a problem for DS missing 2 days of school in December for our trip, LOL!

How neat! I would definately look for the characters and try to have them sign it! Love the picture idea too!
