Summer experience/perk DVC teaser **Welcome Home Weeks**

Has anyone been to TOTWL or Reunion Station for the welcome home wake-up on Saturday? I’m curious what the “morning treats” are. Our upcoming reservation is at CCV, but we’re checking in the night of Sat, the 17th & checking out the following Sat (but they aren’t holding a wake-up that Saturday)… we were sooo close!!

It would have been fun to go… but it’s ok. I’ll just enjoy what I can

It is a onetime use for each member. If you have more than one person on your contract and each person went through the (newer) process to get their own number and sign on it should be able to be used once by each person. But hey any savings is better than none.

Since we are a few days into this. The free ice cream in the parks:
HS is easy near the TOT exit.
Where is the one in AK - Upper Bradley falls? I believe it will be somewhere in the Kali River rapids area?

Since we are a few days into this. The free ice cream in the parks:
HS is easy near the TOT exit.
Where is the one in AK - Upper Bradley falls? I believe it will be somewhere in the Kali River rapids area?

I had to literally watch this video last night to figure out where it is. Had never heard of it, asked at AK a couple days ago but none of the points of reference were clicking for me. (Apparently it’s near the zoom shot for AK?)

Anyways if you don’t want to click on the link, or if it’s not allowed, I believe it is here to the left of Mr Kamal’s, the place where there are two roads that start and end at the same point. The higher one is the Upper Bradley Falls? I’ll check it out in person later this week to confirm.

My family was there last week (split stay between SSR and PVB) and were able to take advantage of the ice cream parlor at SSR as well as the character meet-and-green at the Contemporary. I was glad that we happened to be there on days that they were offering those perks. Neither were life-changing, but free ice cream is always fun, and the photo op was pretty good!

At the annual meetings last December, they pretty much confirmed it would return. But no mention of dates or perks.

I’d bet it’s coming back. Even before the current downturn in the economy, I was expecting it to come back. With how things are looking, they’ll need every bit of incentive to get people in the parks.

This is what I’m thinking. With Epic opening I feel like they need to deliver some incentives. Hence the free water park entry again next year and they’ve just announced that kids eat free with the dining plan. Hope we’re right and that something gets announced soon

I was there a few weeks ago. It’s slower than usual, but still packed.

I’m referring mostly about the overall consumer sentiment, not specific to Disney. It’s rough out there right now. Quarterly results (for every company) are going to be interesting
