I am booked at Poly villa studio June 11-18. Am I right in assuming that there will likely be no discount code for this room, as there is no availability on the website?

While there may be a discount that applies to Poly studios - the lack of availability will prevent you from being able to apply it. We have the same booked for the week following you and have had no luck with the summer discount as well as a PIN code we received due to no availability unfortunately.

AP Discount is available for a Standard View room June 11th-18th $2941.33

I know it requires an AP, but rack rate would be much higher. May be worth purchasing 1 AP do get the discount for the room and be able to use the difference to have your own ticket etc... Not sure what you are paying right now.
