I thought I'd post a little information about summertime clothing choices for WDW.
About the worst thing in the world (no pun) is a cotton t-shirt. This may come as a surprise to some as when I go, I see TONS of cotton t-shirts. The problem is that cotton doesn't wick moisture away from your body - it just soaks it up and holds it. With the humidity in Orlando in summer, you want to get the moisture away from your skin so your body can cool down.
My preference are CoolMax fabrics, and particular the Nike variety (you can find them with the running apparal). The look like T-shirts (without all the pictures and stuff), and they keep you VERY comfortable. The Nike version is a very smooth, almost silky, fabric. Rebok used to have it's own variety that works well.
For shorts, I wear nylon. Again, cotton is bad because it just doesn't dry.
If you haven't figured it out by now, natural fibers are definitely OUT.
Last year, I wore, because it was the last clean thing in my bag, a black, Rebok shirt. All day. I was completely cool and comfortable, and dry then entire time. As this is considering that I was the keeper of the family backpack!
Stay cool!
