She is doing awesome already at 19 months she will kick her feet but I gotta keep remind her. She can swim with the assistance of my arm by kicking her feet.
I will make it up when they nap later. Or after nap if they don't nap together or well I will take walk outside. I only have single seat stroller so my dd is going in stroller and little one I watch can get carried in my sling. That would be some extra calories burned carrying and pushing a stroller.

) And to work-out at LEAST 4 days a week at Shape Express. I started last August and had to quit for medical reasons - I finally got the okay to start again and have just not gotten motivated to do it. They were nice and extended my membership (I paid for a year) but I'm now getting into the wasting money feeling. Good luck everyone!!
