Summer Celebration

Is this going on the whole summer?

I experienced it at DTD this Sunday and had a blast. The plaza was lined with classic woodies and they had a Beach Boys cover band (The Beach Toys) there which was pretty good.

However, of all the Beach Boys songs they played (I'm a pretty big fan and know pretty much their whole library), they DID NOT do Disney Girls.

oooh I hope it's going on all summer.. or at least until mid August! How long were the "Beach Boys" there for? Was it a daytime thing or a night time thing?

They did something like five sets, I think one an hour for five hours. Their last one was at four. They performed for about 40 minutes each time.

It was kind of like the British Invasion at EPCOT, but with Beach Boys instead of Beatles.
