We’re about to jump ship also, been waiting weeks to book Alaska so have started looking at other cruise lines, really very tempted with their itineraries.

Also very intrigued if you can give any hints where to look for this. Hoping the Wonder being based from Vancouver might mean some more Hawai’i sailings as I had to cancel this year’s.

On our last cruise a youth counselor told me the Fantasy will start doing shorter 5 night sailings. Has anyone heard this? We were hoping to book a 7 night on the Fantasy next summer.

The person I spoke with on Friday said she was expecting new employees next week. I asked how long training was, but she couldn’t tell me(but admitted she knew) she also verified the proximity requirement to the call center.

I’m hopeful DCL gets a ship person but not convinced it will be a fully trained/or full functioning agent. I’m expecting limitations that I’m going to be frustrated with. Like you can’t book an exact room just the category. Like 5A or 9A. But get to choose dining preference time but not guaranteed.

Seems weird that the Magic would go New York, San Juan, Galveston, New Orleans, Miami in a span of like 6 months.
