Summer 2006

Any body out there planning a summer 2006 trip. I started a thread on the meet board. I need somebody to help me get thru the next 2 years (sob, sob). Here is the link.

Any idea when the rates are going to be out for 2006?

We just rebooked while on our cruise a few days ago. We would love to cruise again next summer, but with the changes in the itinerary, it's not possible. Just to secure the booking we set a date in December 2005 with plans to change that when the 2006 dates come out. Donna says the dates should be out within the next two weeks!

I'll also need help making it through til 2006--now I'm hooked!!

I just read the first 2 installments of your trip report. Glad you weathered the storm. I remember when Hurricane Andrew passed just south of us how frightful it was.

I think those early December 2005 cruises are gonna be booked by all us waiting on 2006!!

I'm also interested in the 2006 sailing dates. Could someone explain to me the details of how to secure a booking for 2006 by booking a December 2005 cruise??? Does this mean once you've secured a booking you can change your cruising date at any time?

My DH and I are going Sept 2005 but my whole family wants to go in the summer of 2006. My sister especially wants to take her two kids. So we are waiting for the dates to come available.

Do yall know if we need three rooms if one person can book it all? And do yall think it would be to long to late until my DH and I cruise to book it all? We've heard if you book on the cruise then they will give you a discount and stuff. We don't really care if our rooms are right next to each other or not as long as we are all on the same boat.

When we were speaking with Donna about rebooking we inquired about adding rooms for others--my brother & sister-in-law thought they might want to go with us next time. She said we could book the room for them (she'd book it as adjoining if we wanted) and get them the same discount we were getting, we just had to give their deposit along with ours- $250.00/person.
