Summber Blackouts

This is the first year that I have an annual pass that is not blacked out in summer. I am thinking of taking my kids this week and was wondering if you can notice a difference in crowd level with the CA annual passes being blacked out. I stayed away this week as this being the last week before they were blacked out. I just wanted to get your opinions on the differences.

Friday was more crowded than Saturday this last week. One of the socal passes had their last day before summer blockout on Friday. But Saturday was pleasant other than getting really warm. But I have heard it said before that Saturdays have become one of the lighter crowd days .
