Suites...near each other?

I know nothing is promised or guaranteed, but which DVC is best able to accomodate 2 studios near each other? I've come to learn that based on physical layout, in some DVC's it's impossible to get suites near each other. With that said, are there some layouts which make it more likely to have this request met?

Depends upon how "near" you want to be. At OKW whenever we have requested "near" another studio they have either:

1) put us on the same floor, opposite ends of the bldg.

2) put us in bldgs that are next door to each other, still convenient.

3)Stacked us in studios that are directly above/below each other.

All of these configurations have been very convenient for us.

For the BWV, there are no connecting studios. However, there are some areas of the resort where there are adjacent studios.

As you already know, knowing your request is possible doesn't mean it it will happen. Too many variables to predict the odds.

We have been most fortunate when asking that studios at BWV be near each other. We have not been as lucky when we've asked for the same at VWL. Luckily for us, it was at BWV when that was most important!
