Suitable Epcot rides with 3 year old?

On countdown to our Fast Past date and looking at Epcot I'm just wondering what others recommend with a 3 year old (apart from Frozen of course!).

Living with the Land, the Seas with Nemo, Journey into Imagination, and the definitely the boat ride in Mexico...and although not a ride, Turtle Talk with Crush!

I would FP+ Frozen, Living with the Land, and the Seas.

Soarin' if tall enough (40"). None of my kids could do it at 3 years old, but we are short. (My oldest could at just turned 4 with shoes).

If my younger son was tall enough at 3 for Test Track, he would have loved that too. My other kids needed to be a little older (just too scary for them).

And all my kids love the ride in the Mexican pavilion. And Turtle Talk. My kids still talk about the time they talked to Crush.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Living with the Land. This was the ride while we rider swapped Soarin'. My kids just loved that ride as well.

Spaceship Earth is good, but the waits can get long.
Living with the Land and the Mexican boat ride were always super short waits for us.

Also, the Character Spot is a great place to meet a bunch of characters and moves pretty fast if you have a FP+

Epcot was actually my kids' favorite at 3. We could spend hours in the Sea pavilion - the actual ride, turtle talk with crush, and all the different fish displays. Super fun.
Living with the land
Mexico boat ride
Spaceship Earth
The play area/game at the end of Mission Space (you can access it without riding)
Journey into Imagination (I know, I know, but they loved it!)
The acrobats in China
Mo 'Rockin in Morocco (if they're still there - not sure about that)
Kidcot spots in pretty much every country.

Thank you @DopeyDame @smiths02 @SoShiny for such quick responses - bearing in mind my lovely grandson wears himself out (he is on the autistic spectrum) what is the best order to travel the countries? We will be entering around 3 and have dinner booked at Via Napoli at 7.

I have a daughter on the spectrum, too. She was considered moderate when we first traveled to WDW. That trip was amazing for her and she made huge, huge, gains in communication that trip. With that in mind, one thing that she liked doing in the World Showcase was the passport. I made them for my kids but you can buy a really cool kit with stamps they can add to their passport. I would pick your starting point with what interests him. Epcot has Kidcot stations in each country where they can complete a little craft and then get castmembers to stamp it and their passport. Having something to "collect" made it more interesting for my spectrum kid. We had a snack in each country, usually a piece of candy.

Also, my kids experience something we can "Disney Legs." They seem to get this uncharacteristic energy when we are there. My kids napped before that first trip. Then they would jump on the bed while my husband and I collapsed. My girl on the spectrum was always the first to wilt...not at Disney World.

That was also our plan when the kids were younger.

Not FP, but at 2 and 3 my daughter adored the boat ride in Mexico. We had to implement a 5 time in a row cut-off, or we would have rode it in circles all day. Luckily that line is usually short.

For World Showcase, we typically start at Mexico (as the boat ride is a must) which is the first country at the end which will be on your left as you are walking towards WS from Future World, and then we just work our way around from there. Part of it will depend on whether he has any interest in meeting any of the characters around WS. Most are Princesses and they tend to have long lines and take some planning. Donald (outside Mexico) is typically pretty easy to meet and Mary Poppins and Alice are also pretty easy to meet without long lines. DD was a Princess nut, so that involved some planning. If you aren't having to plan around character lines- we would just start at one end and go from country to country.

DGD (3) loves the princesses! However because of DGS autistic spectrum we will have to be careful not to overload the girly things this time! Her main request is to see Minnie so if we do that first at the character spot she will be happy. I was going to FP the boat ride but might not now - thank you for the advice.
