Suggestions where to go

both myself and my son have a free ticket (frequent flyer miles) on Delta. I am torn where to go. Sure i would miss Disney but I don't really want to waste a free ticket just to go down to Florida. Anyone have any suggestions where do go and why? it can be anywhere in the continental USA and Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, HELP!

I agree with Tony. How about California. Go from San Fran to San Diego down the Pacific Coast Highway. It's a great trip and lots of fun.

Or how about the Grand Canyon and Arizona. That's especially interesting for people like us from the East. I was just fascinated by the landscape and terrain out there. Truly awesome.

What about Seattle? That's fun, especially with a teen.

Oh, if it were me, I'd take Tony and aprincessmom's advice. I'd fly into San Francisco and out of San Diego, rent a car, and see all the sights in between!
