Suggestions: QS Breakfast at AK?

Going over my plans AGAIN and realized it might be more convenient for us to have a quick breakfast at AK. Any suggestions on a good QS location at AK that serves breakfast? In general, we are light eaters who prefer small snacks (muffins, PopTarts, fruit, etc.) for breakfast with the exception of one person in our party who prefers a more "well-rounded" breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc.).

Right after I posted this, I realized I could use Disney Food Blog to search for restaurants (rookie mistake). I did see that as an option and I think it will work well for us since our first FP+ is the safari, thank you!
