Suggestions please

HI!
Mom and I just added another night to our Sept trip!
Now we need another TS meal. Our options are: a dinner our first Saturday-we are at Tusker House for lunch-so we need a dinner not in a park, Tuesday brunch/lunch before we go to MNSSHP (we have dinner at Crystal Palace) or our last Sunday brunch or lunch-we have dinner ressie at Cape May.
We are looking for good places at resorts or DTD. We will not have a car, just relying on Disney buses. And we are on the dining plan.

Dinner for your AK day could be a no brainer: Jiko (signature) or Boma (buffet) at AKL. Stroll around the resort and enjoy a relaxing beverage at Victoria Falls before your ADR.

Or you could have a late breakfast/lunch at any of these: Grand Floridian Cafe, Kona Cafe, the Wave, Captain's Grille. Beaches and Cream has lunch too, if you just want burgers or sandwiches.
