We will be at WDW in March! first time on property.
Need dining suggestions.. we want to do a couple of character dinings, and maybe a few nicer restaurants. I already have reservations for Mickey's backyard BBQ.. any suggestions would be worth it.

Is the breakfast at Cinderella's royal table really worth the cost? there aren't any reservations available...any other princess suggestions?

thanks!
STeph

There are so many great places to choose from. Here are some you might try:

Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort - although it's not one of my favorites for food it is fun and festive - character buffet with Mickey and friends
Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge - great fun, great food!!
Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club - delicious if you enjoy seafood!!
MGM - Sci Fi Dine In and 50's Prime Time Cafe are very fun places to go
MK-Liberty Tree Tavern and Crystal Palace both are character buffets
Downtown Disney -Rainforest Cafe and Planet Hollywood were really good

Also, although, I have not yet eaten at these two, Le Cellier and 'Ohana both get really good reviews. I can't wait to try them. 'Ohana now offers a character breakfast with Lilo and Stitch.

Check out the menus at allears.com and it will help you make some choices. :) :)

We were there in Aug (our 1st time too) and enjoyed dinner at:
Ohana's (poly)
1900 Park Fare (GF) **this is another good princess option instead of CRT--food is amazing
Olivia's Cafe (OKW)
Kona Cafe (poly)
Mama Melrose (MGM)
Tepannyaki (Epcot)
Cafe May Cafe (BC)
Boma (AKL) **awesome food if you are an adventurous eater..this was our favourite buffet

We also did CRT (this was before it became signature--food was ok --it was more the princess for dd's 5&7 at the time and the experience of eating in the castle) and Chef Mickey's (which is lots of fun) for breakfast.
