Suggestions please for one night?

We need a room for one night (near Diz or Universal) in August before we check into Silver Lake resort - I was hoping for something reasonable that includes a breakfast - Thanks guys!

Hi for one night we always do www.priceline.com (disney vicininty only). A 2 1/2 or 3 star would be perfect. bid about 25 or $26 for a 2 1/2 and about $37 or $38 for a 3 star. With the money saved get a great breakfast at Golden Corral or even go to Boma's at AK for a great breakfast brunch for about $16.00. If you get the room for $25 and save $20 over a normal 40 to $50 dollar room you get a great breakfast and are money ahead.


Plan B since Priceline does not guarantee a hotel with breakfast, do www.hotel.com and look for breakfast as part of the room.

FYI, you will love Silver Lake. Make sure you know the Sherberth road short cut to Disney via the Animal Kingdom entrance.

Our favorite place for the first night is always Country Inn and Suites Calypso Cay. It is a beautiful resort with 3 pools, free mini golf and a very nice free continental breakfast. You can eat inside or out on the patio. There is music by the pool bar. The rooms are clean and there are fridges and microwaves in them.
