Suggestions on Storage in BWV Studio

Hi, my daughter and her husband will be staying in a preferred view studio with their two children (2 and 4)... I know there is not alot of storage space for the kids clothes and stuff and her little one will be in the pack-n-play, thus taking up even more floor space. Any suggestions you have, i.e. over the door stuff - would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Steve,

We have a smaller size house and ran into this with 2 kids, and tons of stuff. I don't know if there is an Ikea near you, but they sell all kinds of amazing storage type solutions for kids stuff. I browsed the site quickly and could not find the same thing we bought a few years ago which hangs in a closet, and has about 4 pull out drawers to hold clothes, socks, hats/mittens etc., but I did find something similar. I don't think I can post a link yet but I'll try: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/90096164 . Something along that idea which is really cheap, and gives extra storage is pretty decent. If there is a store near you, I would just go in and have a look you might find something to better suit your needs. Hope this helps.

The bad thing with the closet is that it has so much stuff in it. The pack and play, the vacuum cleaner and your hanging stuff. We just had extra hangers and hung up a lot of our clothes rather than stuffing it in the drawers.

We wound up storing a lot of our stuff on and under the bench seat in the room. Since they will be using the pnp and possibly the highchair, there will be more room in the closet for suitcases, etc. We found ther was plenty of room by the door for the stroller too. I think they will find it more roomy than they expect.

You must have had a dedicated studio with the "daybed". At least that is what they call the bench.
