suggestions on a new guide-who to pick

I'm planning on switching from my guide Tom Jenkins to another guide. Any suggestions?
I called Randy Kruger , but he's on vacation for two weeks. I'd kinda like to get on somebody's list for an add on soon....

We use Lisa DeRosa (800-827-7148) as our guide. So far she has been very friendly and responsive.

Just an FYI but they have done away with the add-on lists. Now it is first come, first served when points become available. My understanding is that you need to keep calling to see if points are available.

Any my recommendation is for Randy, even though he is on vacation. He's always been terrific with us!

Doug Rapp is our guide. But I really can't recall that we have heard from him since we bought in back in 2001. So I don't really think that I could suggest him to you.

i just read your story in the other post. I did SSR 150 points with Marc Turner in Feb and then I did the 50 add on BCV Feb Use year last week with him too. Seems to always answer his phone and is very personable. Good Luck!

Byron Holguson (sp?). He is GREAT. He is one of the most senior guides there and he will get you the points by keep re-submitting them. He always calls back and he will get you BCV pts!!!

lat, agreed on Byron - he is very easy to work with and he is diligent

He also always gets a kick out of the office - when they ask him who is calling he always gives a Disney character name
