Suggestions needed for group of 12

There will be 12 of us flying into Orlando, 9 adults and 3 children, and we need some suggestions on the best way to get from the airport to Beach Club Villas. Unless we can get a really great rate we probably will not rent a car.

What experiences has anyone had with this?
