Suggestions for which building @ POR??

Ok this is our first trip onsite and we are staying at POR i've read that if you call you can request certian areas or buildings... so i'm looking for suggestions on what i should/could ask for??? From what i've read we will be in the alligator area since we are a family of 5 and need the trundle bed... We plan to drive to the parks ourselfs every day so that can be taken into consideration... how close the parking is, also we might p/u some breakfast items in the food court 2-3 times out of the week but probably not b/c of the b'fast items i plan to bring... so suggestions???

We stayed at AB in building 35 and it was fabulous. We had requested other buildings with our reservations but none were available at check-in. We did get AB and second floor like we wanted though.

We've stayed in Building 14 twice. Excellent! Close to pool, lobby and bus transportation. Enjoy!

I think any location will be fine. I had always stayed in AB and requested it for my last trip. They put me in Acadian 8108. At first I was bummed, then I loved it. I will request this same location on next visit. I liked being in a mansion style house to my surprise and the location was great, just a short trip across bridge and I was right at Ol' Man Pool and the food court. On the other side was convenient parking and the bus station (2 actually, north and east).

WE just got back from POR. We were in the alligator bayou section building 14. It is very close to the parking lot and the south depot bus stop. You will love POR it is absolutely beautiful,the boat ride downtown is very relaxing.

Our family has stayed in building 39 for the last 2 years. We love the location of it. Our room was across from the quiet pool, and in the afternoon it is like your own private pool! Very nice. It is not far from the food court and right around the building for the parking lot.
