Suggestions for Universal Vacation

I need suggestions for Thanksgiving. Our plans are to get my parents passes from AAA. My Dad is in his 80's and my mom Late 70's. My mom adores Christmas Season. and decorations. We also plan to take in Ice At Gaylord. And go Once to Disney For homecoming and Xmas tree trail. Any additional suggestions regarding Universal

I looked up Cabana Bay and plan to get my Dad to Bayliner for Thanksgiving food. Any suggestion for Turkey dinner besides Bayliner?

Universal at the parks has a lot of holiday events going on. I do not know if you plan on going into the park, but they have decorations to enjoy, Grinchmas, Macy's Parade, and Steamroller Mannheim concert.
