Suggestions for Special Dinner

Our first day at DLR (but not first in CA) will be my dd16 gonna be 17's birthday. We are looking for suggestions for a special dinner onsite. She is a lover of all things Disney and very fun loving. We are not necessarily looking for "nice" but rather fun and definately special. Any suggestions?

How about a character meal? I'm sure if you tell them it is her birthday at check-in they will make her feel special!

Definatley a character meal. If you want dinner, your only options are Goofy's Kitchen or Ariel's Grotto. GK is a buffet and AG is a 2 course meal. You will probably have more fun at GK as they do the macarana and stuff like that. Ag is all princesses. We really like both. The food is awesome at either.
