Suggestions for Quick Overnight Trip

This is way off topic. Last year for my Mom's birthday, my sisters and I took her to Frankenmuth/Birch Run, MI. We are thinking of doing something similar this year. I live in the Niagara area. My family live in the London, ON area. Anyone have any good ideas? Is there an outlet mall in Erie, PA?

I hear there is good shopping in Erie - and no tax on kids' clothes...I think you can find out a lot on line for this...

Just outside of Erie, PA is Grove City. There is an enormous outlet shopping centre there. It is so good that people go on weekend bus trips there.

There is no tax on necessities in PA ie: clothes, shoes.
