Suggestions for one more TS meal

Hi We just booked our trip for Feb 2016 (free dining.) We're staying at CBR 6 nights and will arrive on Sat, probably early afternoon. It will be my husband, 11yo DS, 7yo DD and me.

Here's what we have so far...

Sat: No ADRs (we prefer to play it by ear this day since we may be tired.) We'll probably go to MK this day.

Sun (Valentine's Day): 10:00 ADR at Tusker House and 8:30 ADR at Paridiso 37 (Springs area.) We will do AK this day. I wanted to have a late dinner ADR so we could clean up and dress up a little for dinner since it's Valentine's Day. Has anyone tried Paradiso 37? It looked interesting.

Mon: 2:30 ADR at 50's Prime Time Cafe, figured we'd do a CS meal later before the late Fantasmic show. We're doing DHS this day.

Tues: 5:30 ADR at Garden Grill. We'll be doing EPCOT this day. DD wanted this character meal.

Wed: 7pm ADR at WCC. This may be our second day at MK

I don't have any ADRs for Thursday and we won't be doing any on Friday as we are checking out and leaving that day. I'm not sure which park we will do on Thursday. Thought we would leave it open so we could see things we didn't get to see...so I'm reluctant to make an ADR this day (especially in a park.)

We are not rope drop people. We prefer to sleep a little bit later and take it slower in the mornings and are more likely to stay out late.

What do you think? Should I pick a show or a signature restaurant on Valentine's Day (was trying to stay with a late ADR so we could enjoy the park most of the day) or should we book something for Thursday? Suggestions welcome! :)

TIA!

Why not book something outside a park on Thursday? You could hit the Boardwalk, or try to get an Ohana dinner. With an Ohana dinner, transport from wherever you end up wouldn't be too tough, and you could transfer at MK to a CBR bus to get home.

Thanks for the suggestion. I like this idea. How messed up is the Poly lobby? I've heard it's undergoing construction. It used to be one of my favorite places at WDW so I'm kind-of interested to see what they're doing with it but didn't want to be totally sad to see it all ripped up.

If you are coming in early afternoon on your first day you could do an early dinner. If you are going to MK then you could do be our guest or crystal palace buffet- love both of those places! On our first night we actually really enjoyed a nice TS meal so that we could just relax, sit and get into the magical feel. You can always book and then cancel with in the dining cancellation window -- I can't remember what the time frame is. As for your thursday maybe look into one of the resorts for dinner. We did Kona at polynesian and if you time it right you could do a later dinner and be able to see the fireworks from the beach or an earlier dinner and just take the monorail back to MK for the fireworks. We found it very easy to visit the monorail resorts for dinner and then just hop back on to go back to MK.

Epcot has so many restaurants in the countries -- you may want to check those our too. So many choices and so little time.

Poly lobby is done. The only "messed up" about it are the people in it. Heh.

Haha! Yay! We very well may do this then! We have dined at Kona before and really enjoyed it. Have never tried Ohana but are already doing 2 family style meals. Decisions, decisions! :)

Ha! Isn't that the truth! I love the WS at EPCOT but the family is a little picky so I have to be very careful that there is something for everyone on the menu. (PITAs lol)
Crystal Palace is one of my faves and it has taken a lot of restraint to NOT book there so far. I may end up doing it after all. The food is always so good and I adore the atmosphere! We'll see!

Thanks so much for the suggestions! :)
