suggestions for lunch after an intimate wedding

I am going crazy trying to find a place where we can go for lunch after an intimate wedding. A place that would we appropriate to wear our wedding attire. And it would have to be at a resort so we can wear our wedding attire. Our wedding is Dec 16 2004, at 10 am. It will be at the wedding pavilion and then we'll have our cake cutting ceremony on one of the terraces at the Grand Floridian. I figure it would be nice to do lunch following the cake. I have found lots of info, however some seems to be outdated. Does the yatchsman steakhouse serve lunch anymore?
Another ? if I want to get my hair and makeup done will they come early enough since my wedding is early. How early should I have them arrive?
One more ? when you pick your bouquet from their selection and they ask what color roses... can it be any color? or the colors in the pictures? stupid ? but I'm curious.
I would appreciate any advice.

First off, you have plenty of time, so don't get too worried this early.

There are tons of places you can have a luncheon at after a Intimate. One of the favorites seems to be Citrico's. Another would be up in the CG in the Napa or Sonoma rooms. There are even areas in Epcot available to host parties. Your EM should be able to help you make arrangements once you sign your contract and such.

For your hair and make-up, they will come whenever and the appoinment can be made through your EM, again. He/she will prolly be able to tell you best what time to arrange for everything.

As for the floral, I'm custom, so I don't know too much about it, but I know several DMers have "upgraded thier florals for a minimal fee, or selected colors for no change in price.
