Suggestions for last-minute addition to party

My DS6 and I have a Disney trip planned for the end of August. My DH just found out/decided he will be able to go after all! LOL.

I added him to our reservation no problem, but our Fast Passes are already booked, and I'm not finding availability for him for a lot of them.

Any suggestions?

Did you try overlapping the times? For example, you and DS have FP for a ride that are 1-2PM. Look for a FP for your husband that is 12:15-2:15 or 1:45-2:45 or any other time period that overlaps with what you already have. Then just ride during the window when the times overlap.

Beyond that, keep looking, even up to the day of the FP, people change their plans all the time (I know I am constantly tweaking things and changing my mind).

We have a similar situation. Added a fifth person. With a lot of work I was able to line most up to overlap for at least part of the hour. I moved a few others to later to add the fifth. FOP is my only real problem left. I did find a FP for FOP for person #5 but it is several hours later. I'm hoping for a kind cast member who lets him in early with the rest of us when I explain. In the meantime I will keep checking for an earlier time for him! Good luck. Be persistent!

That's a tough one. Keep trying. Switch off with him. All wait in line. And keep trying.

Ah the joys of Disney trips. This is the main problem with Disney's system. We had this when some friends wanted to join us. Luckily it was outside of the fastpass window, but getting the ADRS to fit more people was pure luck. I'd say to call Disney and see if they can add your husband on, but I know that would be too magical so I won't have you waste your time. Sorry I'm a little negative lately.
