Seeking your suggestions for quick, healthy meal choices? Not looking for a "dining experience" this trip and simply refuse to make reservations anywhere.

Just two adults , staying at BWV in <eeeeek> studio. We will have TIW and APs for this trip. No car but we intend to walk to Hollywood Studios for bus transportation to Disney Hotels. (We 'discovered' the All Stars Food Court last year and plan to make use of this again ... we were both able to find "something edible" and the Food Court accepts TIW.)

Prefer veggie options ... lots of veggies. So which locations have the best healthy choice options?

Thx!

The Boardwalk Bakery has some very healthy options. Don't let the 'bakery' fool you. Lots of fresh fruits, salads, yogurt. I think you'll find these selections acceptable.

We LOVE the pepper market at Cornado Springs. Ton of variety and the food is delicious. You should definitely consider getting groceries delivered. You will save a ton on fruit and drinks and stuff like that.

The AoA food court is very good as is Pops and they also take TIW. Have you eaten at the Swan or Dolphin? There are restaurants there that give DVC discounts.

Thanks for the recommendations and leads on the discounts (TIW/DVC).

Yep, I wouldn't have looked at Boardwalk Bakery based on the name -- I'll give it a looksee.

We typically place an order from Whole Foods Market -- but the mini-fridge is a great discouragement on this front for this visit. :(

I think we've tried all the Dolphin/Swan locations ... but usually only for Breakfast and Lunch. We do enjoy the Dolphin's catered foods (lots of veggie dishes!) that are typically offered during our conferences.

I'm not a vegetarian so can't really comment on veggie options but we always like to eat at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. :thumbsup2

I like the made to order pasta at POR. I think they may also have it at AoA, and maybe AoA accepts TiW, I can't remember. They have a variety of sauces and veggies (also chicken, shrimp) to add - you specify exactly what you want.

Thanks for the added suggestions -- looking up Sunshine Seasons now. I think we'll have to make a visit to AoA ... and possibly POR -- thanks for these.

I've just rebooked my flights to come home two days earlier (YEAH!!!). This will be my first time allowing points into holding and the return flights were $$$ ... but I'm really excited/relieved to be returning earlier than first booked.

I must remember to call MS first thing tomorrow ... as they are closed today.

EDITED TO ADD: Coming back to SoCal early allows me to attend an expo that has FAR more importance to me than hanging out at WDW after a work-conference. So we aren't really coming "home" so much as changing to a different location for a super fantastic event. (I add this to clear up any worries that I'm leaving WDW early over food choices??) This is one of those "things" that happens when you are booking so far out in advance -- better options appear on the horizon. This year's Horse Expo Pomona has a simply incredible list of presenters. I was really sorry to miss it ... and now, with the help of throwing cash at the problem, I won't have to!
