We just got back and spent two mornings in the MK. Our first morning, Fantasyland was priority. But, I also have two boys who aren't into princesses or character greetings....so that must have helped. I had fastpasses for Dumbo around 9-10, followed by Ariel 10-11 and 11-12 range was Enchanted Tales with Belle. So, with that in mind, I knew that we had until 10 to do Dumbo. First, we hit Peter Pan first since I know the afternoon lines are crazy, but I don't see why it's a FP not to miss either.... that was 10 min. Then we went right to Small World which was 10 min. Then we headed to Dumbo and on the way my family got on the teapots which was a 5 minute wait. Then we used our FP for Dumbo which was 5 min wait... and could have been standby for only 10...or ridden again if they wanted. Then we went to the Ariel ride with our FP once and the little one loved it that we went again.... total waiting time was as long as it took to walk through that long queue both times. (But, to meet Ariel it would have been 30 mins at that point). Then we stopped for snack time at Gaston's. The cinnamon bun was gigantic and tasty, the chocolate croissant was good and the special drink was pretty good. Next, we used our FP for Enchanted Tales with Belle and only waited about 3 minutes. And even after that took in Philharmagic. We did all of that before noon. At the suggestion of others, we avoided the parks with EMH since they are known to be the most crowded that day. So, I am not sure if a plan like ours would work on an EMH day. You would have to find out the answer to that question. Granted, we skipped the carousel, Winnie the Pooh, and Mine Train wasn't opened and we didn't have to schedule any princess meetings. But we were very happy with what we accomplished.
