Suggestions for Easter

We (DH and myself) will be staying at VWL for Easter. Any suggestions for a special Easter dinner? Ive read the menu sometimes changes for Christmas dinner, is this also true for Easter? Thought we had lots of time to decide, but with the change in the rules we'd better call soon!
