I am going to be having my third child very soon. I have been through a few diaper bags when my 4 and 3 year olds were babies. Does anyone have any bags they really like or can suggest? I'm thinking for extra clothes, diapers, bottle, changing pad, wipes, etc.

Any help would be appreciated!:goodvibes

I have the skip hop duo glam bag and I love it even got it brought over from the US to the UK cause the wanted to charge me double for it over here. Its funky so I don't mind using it out and about and it holds everything I need. And has a change mat. I have the khaki and olive one.

hope this helps some.

I had a few diaper bags, but my fave was a WAHM made one I bought from a cloth diaper site. I *think* that these are the same, though since they are WAHM made the fabric would be different, and they would of course improve them as time goes on: http://www.puddlesplace.com/proddetail.php?prod=WAHMbags#

The only problem is that the fabric is quite distinctive, so for every day it was weird.

That's why I had a few, I guess. :)

I also like the Skip Hop bags for everyday use. I have both the Duo and the Dash. I tend to keep the Duo on my stroller and carry around the Dash. Both bags carry everything I need and I like the simple style. I think they offer a number of different colors & patterns to choose from.

Honestly, I just use the bag they give you at the hospital for extra clothes, bibs, etc.. (I nursed so I didn't need bottles for all 3).

After they outgrew the diaper bag (as in they didn't poop out of their diaper & dirty everything), I just left a slew of diapers & a box of wipes in the car. That is the stage I am currently at.

I am looking forward to just having wipes in the car & no diapers.

I really liked the Edie Bauer Mini Bag, I went through two of them, actually I still keep one in the car with a change of clothes, toys etc, just in case of an emergency - DD has been potty trained for about 6 mos.

Last disney trip I bought the Mini Sling Bag from REI, it is a little bigger than a purse but it is a sling style backpack. I loved it so much I started using it everyday as a diaper bag. Now I use it when I have to take DD to meetings, or for a day at the fair or whatever. I mentioned she is potty trained but still I like to have a change of clothes, wipes, disposable bibs, tippy cups, etc. I travel pretty light, the sling bag mignt not work for 3 kids. But it is easy on your back and with the diaper bag on your back it is easier to manuver the baby in your arms, rather than having an actual diaper bag over one shoulder, kwim?

Getting a sling style is key! I have so much more freedom. I have the one from pottery barn but I think any bag that gives you freedom of shoulders is awesome.

I loved my backpack style diaper bag from Land's End. It was really easy to deal with.

my vote is for the vera bradley diaper bag. I can carry everything I need for my 3 DS's and its handles are long enough to fit over the back of my stroller. And you can choose from a number of materials to choose from.

I also love the Vera Bradley. I had my third child 8 months ago & this bag is great. Looks great, lots of patterns to choose from, and lots of room in it to carry everything we need. I used to always use a backpack style but now with 3 kids I pretty much always have a stroller with me so I just put it over the handles and its easy to just throw over my shoulder when I need to.

I love my LL Bean Diaper bag. My son will be 3 next month and this has been our diaper bag from day 1. I love it! I use it as my park bag at Disney, too. It hangs on the handle of my stroller and holds everything we need for a day in the parks and more! It is truly a great bag! (and I love the new tarragon color they have -- that's the one I'd get if I needed a new one!)

I have this EXACT SAME BAG and LOVE it!!!! Got the green and had it monogrammed with my ds' initials. It's been to Disney, been out to the west coast for a 3 week trip (and 4 different flights) and has totally stood up to the test. I also like that the wallet part is built in; for me it looks more like a satchel than a diaper bag so I don't feel like "just a mom" when I carry it around. The best part is that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

I also love my backpack diaper bag. My arms can be free. If you use a stroller very often, just make sure that the diaper bag can somehow hang on your stroller. I see cute diaper bags but the straps are too short and would never work on a stroller.
