Suggestions for a 20th Birthday 'Celebration'?

Okay, I want it to be simple.

Just me, and a couple of my closest friends, including an ex that is my best friend.

I want it to be special, something that says, 'She's no longer a teenager' (Even though I may act like one. Put that in there in case mom decides to lurk about and make some comments. HA! Gotcha there!).

Nothing big, or fancy. Or costworthy.

Just...something.

A nice dinner out, or order pizza, have cake, and watch the birthday girl's favorite movie.

My oldest son turned 20 last Sept. He doesnt like a big deal made of his birthdays so we had a family dinner out at Texas Roadhouse then cake and presents at home.
