Suggestions for 50th Birthday lunch/dinner?

We are going to Disney with a group of family and friends this December. Part of the trip is to celebrate the 50th birthday of my "second mom". She's a down-to-earth, fun loving woman. Don't think she'd care about seeing characters. Wouldn't want anything too serious or fancy. (no signature TS) She's all about places with atmosphere though! We're not on the dining plan, and we'll have a 3 year old with us, too. Options inside and outside of parks are fine. What would you suggest?

If she likes themes I would pick 50s PT. Its fun and when we were there last year someone had an anniversary and they sang to them. It was so funny though because they sang the old "sitting in a tree, k i s s i n g" song.

Another I would pick would be O'hana's for dinner.
