Suggested UY for Feb/March Travel

I would like to call upon your expert advice. If I can select my use year then:

If I typically travel in February or March, what use year would you suggest?

How about if the above holds true but I might consider an occasino trip in the fall. let's say September - October.

Ideally you want a Use Year that immediately preceeds your normal travel. February would be ideal.

Let's imagine you have a Feb UY and use your 2006 points (received 2/1/06) to book a trip in March '06. If that trip were to fall through, you still have 10 more months (until 1/31/07) to decide what to do with the points.

Now let's imagine you have an April UY and use your 2005 points (received 4/1/05) to book a trip in March '06. If that trip were to fall through, you would basically have no time to do something else with the points before losing them on 3/31/06.
