I got two lots of pins that are supposed to be cast lanyard/hidden Mickey pins. They look correct, although the paint finish on them is very, very dull. And they smell funny. Aside from contacting my seller and requesting a refund, and then possibly escalating to a Paypal/Ebay claim, what recourse do I have? :confused3 I hate for buyers to get stuck with these same crummy pins. Thanks!

Sadly, not much. The pins sounds like "scrappers" which are factory seconds, or counterfeits. Either way, the seller knows what they are. We got a bunch of those, too, but didn't realize it until it was too late to dispute the transaction.

You can leave negative feedback, but if you get your money back then I guess you would almost have to leave "neutral" saying the pins were poor quality and you had to ask for a refund.

Good luck!
