We are getting close to our trip - its March 21-30, the week leading up to Easter. Since we often leave the parks before dinner, I only have a few table service meals booked. Now (totally at the last minute) I'm thinking I'd like to book maybe 1-2 more. I know the pickings will be slim, but I can also use the reservation finder. What would you recommend? Not looking for character meals or buffets, unless the food is outstanding. Resort restaurants are fine, and maybe even preferred to park meals.

Right now all I have booked is: Via Napoli dinner and Teppan Edo (daughter's favorite, for birthday) dinner booked on our 2 Epcot days, Sanaa dinner booked on our first AK day, and Kona Cafe dinner (Poly) booked one of our MK days.

What, if anything would you add? We will have a rental car. Thanks!

What about Whispering Canyon? I love visiting the Wilderness Lodge. They have the AYCE skillet, but also regular menu items.

I'd consider La Hacienda. The margaritas are fabulous and the Parillada del Mar (grilled seafood platter for 2) is outstanding.

We enjoy walking over to the Contemporary from MK and having lunch/supper at the Contempo Cafe. No need for ADR, but really good.

The Grand Floridian Cafe? Forget the official name, but it's always available.

The Wave at CR gets awesome reviews.

I've heard good reviews on Olivia's.

If you have a rental car, though, your choices are endless (and the experience may be much better for a much lower cost). There is a plethora of choices nearby, so why limit yourselves? I personally hate driving on vacation (but do so if we stay off site or on some other vacations), but if you're willing, I'd search off site places.

Where are you staying?

Are you open to Disney Springs? I so I would recommend Boathouse ( which can also be booked on Open Table) & Homecomin. We also like Wolfgang Puck Express & Polite Pig at Disney Springs. They are QS but after you order the food is brought to your table. The menu at Frontera ( also in Disney Springs ) didn't appeal to us but I have read good reviews about it.

Tiffins in AK is excellent.

We are going to to try The Edison at Disney Springs on our next trip.

Grand Floridian cafe in GF. Elegant atmosphere but not “fancy”. Should have reservations available and is a quick monorail ride from MK.

We had the best food of our last trip at Yak & Yeti. The drinks there are very good too, so make sure someone in your group will be a DD.

I recommend the Yak Attack and large size draft beer. :)

Have you considered my families favorite place OHana's? And if you have some adventurous eaters Boma can't be beat. And next to Boma is my absolute favorite restaurant Jiko's (but it is signature and pricey).
