Sugarloaf AND Deluxe Dining?

Hubby wants to take me to the GF for our 25th anniversary in February. I opted for Sugarloaf. We will be doing a few signature meals so I thought deluxe dining would be the best choice. Is this going to be too much time dining? We will probably only be in the parks a few hours a day (morning touring) in order to take advantage of the lounge and the list of restaurants. Also, any thoughts on which restaurant we should pick for our actual anniversary dinner?

For a 7 night stay, we picked these:
Lunch
Via Napoli
Le Cellier
Cinderella's Lunch (anniversary day)
Yak and Yeti
Brown Derby Fantasmic

Dinner
Jiko
1900 Park Fare
Narcoossee's
Spirit of Aloha
California Grill
Yachtman's Steakhouse
Flying Fish

You may be cheaper out of pocket. That's a lot of food. I usually schedule a lunch and dinner TS. When we stay club, I do a number of last minute cancellations because the family can't eat anymore. For those that I don't cancel, we sometimes share a meal or go with an appetizer because it is a ton of food. You may be better just paying out of pocket for your signatures.

DH and I are going for our 10 year anniversary and are doing the DxDP. Our plan is to do morning TS breakfasts, a couple EARLY lunches and signatures every night. I priced out our meals including drinks (we enjoy a cocktail or two) and the DxDP and OOP was pretty much the same. I think OOP came out slightly ahead due to the fact that we're doing more breakfasts which are usually pretty cheap.

We just like the idea of not worrying about meals. I think that because it's just the two of us, we should be able to efficiently move through the parks without a million diaper changes/potty breaks, toy shopping, tantrums LOL

I can't speak for the CL option as I've never done that. But from what I've been told, in order to really take advantage, you should plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Without the kids, we do blow thru the parks pretty fast. It's amazing how fast you can finish a park without character meals and picture stops and bathroom breaks for 4 kids. :-)
