Sugar Free Cookie Recipe?

Anyone have a good sugar-free cookie recipe? I have made several of the "altered paint cans" for Xmas gifts, and I am trying to think of something to put in them. Several grandparents are doing the sugar-free thing, and I am searching for recipes.

I don't as although I try to manage my carbohdrate intake from all sources when I splurge on a cookie it has to be the real thing! Although I have played around substituting Splenda (not that half Splenda, half sugar stuff) and that has worked fine. Try a search on the Food Network site. They have a number of shows now that are low carb focused.
