Does anybody know what they use for the sweetner in the sugar free brownie? I am allergice to aspartame (nutrasweet) and wondered if it was going to be an option for me.

TIA

It's probably Splenda, because that's what's usually used these days in sugar free desserts. But I don't know that for sure.

The sugar free cheesecake served in all the Disney restaurants is sweetened with Splenda!

Aspartame degrades in sweetness when baked, so it is unlikely to be used in any baked goods. Of course, check with the chef, to be safe.

Unfortunately it is Malitol which causes diarrhea in most people!! I, too, was hoping it was Splenda, but no such luck. My DH and DS loved them, but I couldn't eat them and didn't like the taste of them at all.
