No - no ultrasound - just looked & felt her belly & of course a urine speciman. That's why I'm here asking - cause if it was an emptying the bladder thing I would assume that can't be seen without an ultrasound
If they took a urine specimen then kidney/bladder infection are ruled out. They would have tested for this.
Try a toileting schedule. Funny story. The 1st 2 years we went to WDW my older son wet himself. He was 5 & 6. He was just so busy and excited that he didn't want to take time out to go. By the time he alerted us we weren't close to a bathroom and it was way too late anyway. 2 kids later, I have since learned to send them to the bathroom whether they ask or not.
On an aside... you originally stated that your daughter only drank juice with breakfast then milk with lunch and dinner. Actually, to me this doesn't sound like enough fluid intake. I don't think it has anything really to do with what she is drinking, but more that she is drinking more and not used to having to interrupt her day to stop and go to the bathroom. Does she go to school? If so, does she wet herself there? In my experience, I have found that my kids were less likely to have accidents at school because there was a "schedule." At home it happened more often because I relied on them to tell me rather than just sending them at certain times. I have a 3 year old, fully potty trained from the age of 2, but wet herself multiple times in WDW last fall due to inattention. (I wish I had brought pull-ups, they are sooooo expensive in WDW! )
We went through this with my son many years ago. It was just one of many things that didn't seem quite right with him. To make a long story short, we had a ton of tests done on him and the conclusion was that is was an allergy to corn syrup that was causing ALL his problems, including the wetting accidents. Once we took him off all corn syrup (no easy task!) things changed dramatically for the better.
