Sue Ellen at DU is Awesome!!

I just have to post that Sue Ellen at DU is awesome! I just decided, at the last minute of course, that I wanted to switch my stay at Pop to WL for our August trip. SO, I asked Sue Ellen if she could check on it. Well, last night they did not have a standard view with AP discount available, but she said she'd keep checking. So, naturally being the overplanner type that I am, I checked this morning and it was available. I grabbed the ressie and just figured I'd transfer it over to DU. Well about an hour after I made the ressie Ventura from WDW Travel Company called and said she spoke with Sue Ellen who had already modified the reservation. She wanted permission to cancel the one that I made. I said great and transferred the deposit I just made to the one Sue Ellen made. Now I have a balance of $23.26!

Sue Ellen has been the absolute best. If anyone has any reservations about using a TA because you are an obssesive type A planner like me, I've had a wonderful experience with Sue Ellen at DU.

I have to brag on her also. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions for me. We have used her for two completed trips so far and are leaving on Thursday, and already have WL booked for October. She is even looking to see if a different resort becomes available for the trip this Thursday and keeps me informed on that progress. I feel confident in letting her handle all aspects of my trips and when I do book something myself she scolds me and says that's what she's there for, all I have to do is let her know. She's a dream!

I have Sue Ellen this year as well, and she has gotten me everything I requested. As a matter of fact, some friends of ours decided just a few weeks ago to come with us. They put their request in DU and requested Sue Ellen, however it was not assigned to Sue Ellen. I let her know and less than a day later, she had switched the agent to her, made sure our reseravations were tied together so we could get a room close, and had contact our friends. It was really great work.

Sue Ellen is awesome! She planned my last trip for me, and at the last minute changed my hotel reservation for me. My friend and I were supposed to stay at POFQ, but with Hurricane Ivan headed towards FL, we decided that we wanted to stay at WL because of the inside corridors. She changed the reservation for us the day before we left and we had a magical trip!

I'm definitely having Sue Ellen plan my next trip

I've planned my Disney trips since 1971 complete with all reservations, dining, recreation, and transportation.

Our last trip earlier this month to the GF, we used DU and Sue Ellen. My only reason to use them was to support the Host/Supplier of the Dis Boards to thank them for providing us this forum.

She was a gem. Flawless.....superb....friendly.....and efficient!

This lady must work at all hours of the day/night, she is handling our next trip, 9/30-10/09 and she has just made things so simple for us. When I ask for something or a change she gets right on it. I hope she reads these boards or someone send her a link because she deserves all the appreciation and gratitude we can give her.

Thank you. This really made my day as I had an eye appointment today and my eyes were dilated and the computer screen has been especially harsh in trying to read. I have had to limit my computer time today because of that. This was a very nice thing to come across (thank you Carol for pointing it out )

Well, it just goes to show that sometimes the obvious is not always obvious. I never knew the SueEllen here was also the SueEllen there - duh. This is my first trip using DU and she's been wonderful dealing with my rather controlling nature. Great Job

Sue Ellen is fantastic - she has been our DU TA for Disney World (Twice), DisneyLand, and Universal Studios. Currently she has our Dec Land/Sea (7 day land; 4 night cruise) and our Spring Break Cruise.

She has always been very prompt with answering all questions, requests, etc.
She has always been on the lookout for discounts and applies then as quickly as possible!!!

Well I'm glad you all had great experiences with Sue Ellen, we have had quite the opposite experience with another agent from DU for our upcoming trip. I don't want to list her name on here, but suffice it to say we will not be using Dreams Unlimited for future trips. It's a shame, because we had gotten good service from them in the past.

I wanted to hope on in here to say that we also think Sue Ellen is the best! My husband said that the last trip we had ( Sue Ellen planned it for us) was our best trip yet. She is wonderful! She is always so great about changes that we have made too.
I can not wait till our December trip!!
