Sucess Rate of Renting points (from me)

[MI DVC SSR VGF]

We originally bought direct for SSR, (Before they upped the tree house points) we love DVC! We bought a small contract at VGF. We have been toying with the idea of adding on at BWV, for F&W in mind, we could rent out our SSR points. Dave's seems like a good place or eBay or other choices. Just wondering what success rate others have had etc.
