Success with Concierge Requests

Beach Club concierge get a thumbs up from me. They got everything I wanted, including an Illuminations cruise.

We stayed 12th Floor concierge at CR in May and we could not get any of the PS's we requested through the Concierge, even though it is slow time of year. We weren't even asking for anything too unusual just a PS at any of the character dinners. This was literally weeks before we arrived and they could not get us in anywhere at a reasonable hour. We were very disappointed and that is one of the reasons we will not stay at CR again.

I should add that we had a lot of success with the Concierges at the Poly and at YC.
