Subway Sauces

The sweet onion and the red wine vinaigrette are my favorites, I get them on the subs and the salads. Yum! Have you tried them or any of the others?

I'm hooked on the chix teriyaki with sweet onion sauce!! And did you know that sweet onion sauce is fat free?

YES! It is fat free. They filled me up a container of it to put on my salad today! I wonder what the calorie count is?? I love that chicken terriyaki sandwich too!!! I think that is how I got hooked on the sauces! YUM!!

I used to love the asiago cheese sauce but I haven't been able to find it lately!!

I have to try that sweet onion vinaigrette, it sounds right up my alley!

The only one I've tried is the Southwest Sauce...and I love it! I'll have to try the others!

I am currently eating a turkey Subway with Djion Horseradish...YUMMMM!

to me, the sauces are the reason I can tolerate Subway again.

Before they were kinda blah and icky....and when food's blah you're like, hey, this sub is not satisfying!

But with the right sauce, even the 6 inch can be a good meal. Well, maybe if you add some baked Lays Man cannot live by sandwich alone

The sweet onion sauce is awesome!

I too had abandoned Subway for Publix Boarheads and Firehouse UNTIL the new breads, and then the sauces. The woman today must have taken pity on me talking so about the sauces(I wished I could buy a bottle!). She filled up an extra plastic container FULL of the sweet onion sauce for me ! Will be great on some Schwan's Chicken Teriyaki!
